How close will my painting be to the original
?
The paintings we offer
are painstakingly reproduced. We also take into account the passage
of time. If a painting is a copy of a 17th century work, we will
ensure that it looks convincing. We use the services of 3 art
directors to maintain the standards of quality. During the process
you will be sent pictures of the work for your approval for dispatch.
Please also be aware that when you view our gallery, colour variations
creep in due to different monitors and scanning / photography
mediums. Please be assured that the colour match and tones on
the finished works will be of a high standard.
How can you offer these paintings at such
reasonable prices?
If you were to purchase
these works from a traditional high street gallery, the costs
would be vastly inflated. A large proportion of the cost would
be made up of the high overheads of the gallery. Buying online
from us reduces our costs considerably, and we can pass this saving
on to you.
Customer satisfaction
Prior to shipping, we
will send you a digital copy of the picture. If you are not happy,
we will revise the painting until you are completely satisfied. In
the unlikely event of being unhappy with your purchase, you can
return it for a another painting, less shipping and a restocking
fee (see our terms and conditions).

Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes. We are happy to offer all of our paintings to customers throughout
the whole of Europe at a fixed delivery cost.
Will my painting infringe copyright law?
We only produce works of art which are in the public domain, and thus
no longer subject to copyright. Copyright law states that the rights
to works belong to the artist or their estate until 50 years after their
death. This means that many contemporary artists cannot be copied. Additionally
it would be against the law for our customers to pass off our paintings as originals.
How will my painting arrive?
All of our paintings arrived
unframed to reduce both shipping costs and likelihood of transit damage. You
will receive the painting securely wrapped in a tube, protected by a
removable plastic coating. We also feel our customers can spend time
selecting a suitable frame, antique or otherwise from a local specialist.
Will my credit card details be secure?
When you have chosen your painting, you will be forwarded to a secure
encrypted area for entering your credit details. Your details will never
be given to a third party.
What are the typical delivery times?
Due to the high quality of the works and the time spent reproducing
the paintings, we usually expect paintings to be received within 4-6
weeks of the order being placed.

us.
